I put my request onto Homestars yesterday and Lui was at my house in just a few hours. He fixed my problem and his prices are very reasonable. He gives great advice and his service was courteous and professional. I will be using PT Irrigation going forward for all of my sprinkler needs. Communication was great and I knew exactly when Lui would arrive. This is how customer service should be. I am also happy because now that I have provided my email address, they will email me when it's time for maintenance or the start or end of season start up and shut down. That makes life much easier. One less thing to have to remember. Very happy with the service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Lui!!
