My windows were installed by the builder, about 20 years ago. There were a number of problems with them, including being cracked, unable to open and a general state of disrepair.
The sales Rep from FalconWD was personable and courteous. He was able to provide options for replacing the windows.
The installer was professional and polite. The work was completed on time and on budget.
