Encore responded very quickly to our inquiry. They were very flexible on appointment times, and prompt. When providing a quote for our original request they also provided a second, less expensive option. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Encore Electric and will use them again in the future.

Encore provided a reasonable estimate for the work (residential replacement fuse panel). I appreciated the in person estimate and also that they were open to a modification that saved me some money. The work was done well and on time.

I can't say enough positive things about Chris and the overall experience. We booked a site visit at our new house to have a few things repaired (breakers, a non-functioning outlet) and assessed (relocating a light fixture). The booking process was seamless and presentation of a budget up front was very clear. On the day of the site visit, Chris arrived on time and prepared - he ended up staying twice as long as planned as we also asked him to install a light fixture and to look at a few other last minute odd jobs, which he did without complaint even though it was getting toward 6pm at this point. Would definitely not hesitate to have Chris come back for future electrical work/projects!

Chris arranged for a prompt estimate and then came by the following week to complete the job. Everything was done professionally (emailed quote, communicated arrival time, finished in a reasonable time, cleaned up well afterwards). Would definitely recommend!

We hired Encore Electric to rewire our kitchen and install undermount lighting and fixtures. They were efficient, timely and tidy. We carefully mapped out each outlet to ensure all of our appliances would never have an issue and we are very happy with the result. Wow, talk about requesting work, changing my mind, re-requesting a quote, and then changing my timing on site and such. Encore Electric was on point and constantly communicating with me as to what I need. Chris couldn't accommodate all my timing requests (understandably) but as soon as he got an opening for me, he called me first and asked if he could come and start the job.

Talk about a guy that wants to care for each customer like they were his only customers. Great crew, respectful, clean (yes, they didn't smell. I said it), and timely. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave one piece of crap on the ground because I have little kids that run around without slippers in the house.

Jessie was a trooper in my attic space for almost 6 hours of the day running wiring with Chris. Great work gents. They even accommodated my own purchased hardware (dimmers, LED pod lights) and when my dimmers didn't work as expected, Chris brought his own to test and showed me that the dimmers I bought were not as good as I thought.

We had extensive work completed by Chris and the Encore team at our Scarborough bungalow including new wiring, pot lights, a panel upgrade and installation of several fans and fixtures. Throughout the project, Chris been wonderful to work with and is a master of his trade. He has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure that we have exactly what we want.
