When the spring broke on our Baldwin lock, we called I.D.N Locksmith London, Glad we did. tech Leo replaced the lock in about 30 minutes, which would have taken an untrained person several hours to do. He was professional, efficient and tidy. We appreciated that he called us in the morning to give us an estimated time of arrival, then called when he was on his way to our house. We would definitely call I.D.N Locksmith for our future needs.
