I worked with Chris to install two locks on my house -- a deadbolt as well as a new front door lock, replacing an old mortise lock. Not only was Chris incredibly responsive and knowledgeable when it came to choosing the best hardware that would work with our existing door, he was both scrappy and professional. When it comes to replacing old mortise style locks with modern locks, it's not always a smooth process. The lock doesn't always fit and the easy route is to just do a lot of patching // buy a new door.

Chris not only took the time upfront to help select hardware that would work well, he took the time to make sure it was installed with very minimal patching. All in all, I'd work with him again in a heartbeat. He's responsive, creative, and all around great guy.

On top of that, he also matched our two locks and cut new keys so I didn't have to go to the locksmith down the street to cut new keys. Top notch!
