We had a nasty overspill on the upstairs bath that lead to water pouring into our kitchen. Jean-Francois to the rescue in less than an hour and had us diagnosed and sorted within an hour of arrival. Very professional, honest and committed to getting our home dry and safe as quickly as possible. We were impressed.
