Built In Fridge Repair

We have a GE Monogram Fridge, 17 years old that was leaking in the lower freezer and wanted to make sure it could not be repaired before a new one was bought. Our technician, Alex was very knowledgeable, took the freezer apart and spent several hours really trying so hard to fix it .
For any appliance repair in the future would always request Alex.

JennAir cooktop fixed

My new JennAir cooktop gave me an error, I called for the service and Alex came to check it and figure out what the problem is. Over the weekend he got the spare parts and came back to fix it in a couple of days. He is very knowledgeable, fast and a very pleasant person. I highly recommend Alex and the company.

Both times I got service really fast because it was an emergency. The repairman was honest and clearly explained the issues without trying to overcharge. For the fridge he came with the spare part already in him.
