Maydone called me right away to book an appointment for later the same day!! Their friendly and knowledgeable technician (Arcadi) arrived promptly, diagnosed the problems and fixed both machines within one hour. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Max, the technician, reached to us right away and set up an appointment the day after the request on Homestars was made. They were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part, and fixed the dryer to our satisfaction. Very professional and gave us a six month warranty. The only issue is the cost of $100 to come take a look at the issue which wasnt deducted from the price so it was a little pricey for a half hour job.

Amal arrived at the agreed upon timeframe. He was also able to diagnose an issue with the ice maker and remediated the issue very quickly. On top of that, he was happy to explain in simple terms what the issue was for my own knowledge. Very appreciative of Amal's help today and would absolutely return to this company for future appliance repairs.
