Redrhino entertainment. Bought the box for my tv at the Toronto home show in March 2018. After approximately 3 months the box stopped working. Repeatedly called the help number over several weeks. No one has returned my call. I have the original packaging and warranty claiming I am covered for 1 year from date of purchase. An email was sent to the location advising me that I need to pay a 1 year working of $150 US. The sales person at the home show said there are “no hidden costs, a one time purchase and that is it”.
