Before I put my house in the market for sale, I thought to do some renovation to it, I hired a good known company for the cost estimation, I informed them with my budget. They came up with a report what they can renevate for my limited budget, which is simply changing the floor upstairs & down stairs. Then a friend referred Ryan Mcferlane to me. I showed him the estimation & asked him if he can do better. For my surprise Ryan provided me with a simple estimation easy to understand suggesting within my budget he can renevated the whole house not only the flooring, he included new kitchen marble countertops, new kitchen facing doors, new sink, painting the whole houseTo keep the the long story short he makerover the whole house, he honoured the deadline, my house looked 100% brand new, I put it up for sale for more money & I sold it for more than the asking price. This will never happend if I didn’t hired him. On top of his wonderful job, he’s a descent young man, easy to get along with, always available when you need him, get back to you right away, I anticipated a great future for him with a big success. We had contracted Serpentine to build a custom banquette at a Wedding Hall lobby we were renovating. Due to BC Fire codes, all structure were to be built with non combustible materials. Ryan did not hesitate to suggest over building the structure with heavy gauge steel which greatly increased the integrity of the structure and gave us a solid base to wrap with our finished materials.

The renos that Serpentine Building Solutions did in our kitchen & bathroom and laundry room were AMAZING!!! They could not have turned out better. The quality of work was EXCEPTIONAl...no detail was left out. Everything was done to the highest quality standard with total consideration for us, the homeowners! It was completed quickly at a price we were totally comfortable with. We still can’t believe how beautifully everything turned out! We would recommend Ryan and his crew 110%. Thank you Ryan!!
