November 2021: Bought boiler system from Toshack for over $14K (including 10 year extended warranty)
March 2022: Something wrong with boiler and Toshack had it fixed
October 2022: Boiler system not working and manager by the name of Bradley B. denied further service effective immediately despite it is within the first year (labour and materials should be covered) plus we bought 10 years extended warranty
Have to find a technician at the meantime as they do not warrant contract signed
Would provide zero to negative star if possible
Do your own due diligence and avoid this company (mainly because of Bradley B.) at all cost.
