Drain Services review in

Hired Charles to do this job for me. He didn't know what he was doing. He dug a whole 2 feet deep, 4x6 wide, only 3 feet away from my house. Within one week and first rainfall, my basement was flooded because the French drain overflowed right into my basement causing $5,000 worth of damage. When I asked Charles, the owner of Glen Manor to move the French drain 10 feet back and 6 feet deeper as I found out was standard procedure, he refused, when I asked for half my money back, he refused. He obviously has no morals for professional practice in business and no refund or fixing his mistakes policies. Do not deal with this man.
