Worse job done on my floor. Contacted the company numerous times to come fix it. Im always told they are busy but will come and they never do. I will ge taking them to small claims. Stay away

hi louise,thanks for sharing your experience,i contacted you via email on may 24th to ask you if we could stop on the friday to look at those white spots but you never replyed back,i understand your frustration since i explained to you that if those stain marks we're done by your painter who painted the whole house right after the floors we're refinished there could be fees to fix those,obviously if they we're not cause by the painter i take full responsability to fix them but for that you need to talk to me..just so you know i ALWAYS answer email,text,phone and i've NEVER let anyone down so please call me 819-213-0833 Nick.
