They are easy to communicate to and cheaper than others. Very polite and responsive. Only problem is that final product is not good. After they finished the varnish was not evenly spread on the floor. Floor wasn't clean properly so there was a lot of wood dust under the varnish as little uneven dots on the floor. They came to redo it but still not a good job. In the end I had to sand whole floor again and put new varnish with other company. I found doing sanding again that vents were not removed and dust was not even cleaned in the vents openings. It was full of dust. I would not recommend them for hardwood refinish.
