These people are awesome! We recently experienced a day and a half of continuous rain after moving into our new house. During this time, a previously unnoticed crack in the basement wall started allowing water to enter and wet the carpet. After removing the rigid foam and drywall, a 6 foot fracture was discovered. After I called Flood Guard, Gene responded within an hour, assessed the condition, and we set a date for waterproofing a portion of a side wall.
