This contractor cannot be trusted. He refinished floors.
He promises to do things one way on the phone, and does them differently (cutting corners to save time and cost) when actually doing the job.
When things go wrong you end up with a faulty floor, he can't be reached or tells you he doesn't care.
Save yourself a headache, and go without someone else. Wouldn't recommend this clown to my enemies.
