Hired to do small amount of baseboard in 2 tiny bedrooms, 3 windows trimmed and 3 doorways trimmed as well as stair caps on my stair case.
I purchased, prepped, sanded, stained and painted everything before hand. Just needed to be cut and installed and touched up. The job is not complete. I have well over paid for a crew of 4 unskilled men to do a job that should have taken maybe 3 days, they were here 3 weeks charging me 40/hr for each man here. At $4200 I was told there was 4-5 hours left. I have paid $8200 And the job is not done. Last they were here they demanded money and prepayment for the following day as well as extra money for materials to complete the job. They have not been back since since they took the money. I contacted Colter he apologized bc he said all of his men quit and he was to be hiring that week haven’t heard a word from him since. Currently they have been working directly across the street for from my home for the past 4 weeks and zero communication from them.
If you’ve seen this review on Google he responded there saying He’s never worked for me. I’ve uploaded text msgs to photos as proof he worked for me. And none of this work included a railing that is briefly spoken about as shown in photos it clearly didn’t get done. Home owner beware.
