Roof and baffle vent installation
Avoid using this company. We had our roof and baffle vents done in 2020, we recently had a contractor into our home and when he was in attic , informed us the baffle vents were not done. No answer to our email that was sent regarding our concerns. Finally got through by phone, explained our concerns and disappointment that we paid for a service/product that we did not receive. Asked for the company to come and do the work we were promised, and that we had paid for. Roxy said workers cant reach those areas. Texted me the next day that they will refund $400!! Explained to her again We cant get anyone to do that job for $400 and they (Well Trust) were supposed to do it to start with! All l received was another text we will give you $400. There was no apology, no explanation and no shock expressed when l first contacted them with our problem. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

After your phone call, we have immediately responded to give you full amount back as a compensation. And you have agreed to this solution and accepted the refund.
