Omega was selected to take on the bulk of the reno. The house was gutted before they began by an asbestos removal company. Omega was responsible for framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, windows, and fixture installations. They were very flexible in terms of small changes not impacting timelines, and worked ahead of an already tight schedule. Some changes we made did impact the schedule, but they continued to work hard to get us back on schedule. Our home was delivered on time with high quality standards, and difficult circumstances. They always used high quality components and materials, and ensured high quality finishing from their trades.
They kept the work areas neat and tidy, moving around our supplies (ktichen, etc) around when needed.
