A repeat customer here. This is the second time I've worked with Igor and both times I've found him to be highly knowledgable, organized and professional. He listens carefully to the customer's needs, answers questions in detail, communicates promptly, and explains every step of the process.

The job required two appointments and he and his team arrived when they said they would. The installers were efficient, courteous and neat. The doors and windows look good, open and close smoothly, functions as they should. (I'm anticipating quality performance in winter, and will revise this review if that's not the case.)

Overall i'm very satisfied with the Comfortec -- its quality, professionalism, pricing-- and recommend Igor and his team without hesitation.

We decided to replace the full front entrance of our home. Igor came as a referral through a close friend. He was prompt in responding to our call, very detailed and patient in helping us select the right door, color and design features. Installers arrived on time and cleaned up after they were done. I ordered a new front door (with transom window), screen door and back door. I love the quality of the doors and especially love my rod iron red front door. There was an issue with my automated smart lock getting stuck when using the automated feature, but Igor sent someone back to make the adjustment and works well now.

Peter came to the house first to do the estimate; as an installer, he also oversaw the job. I spoke with the owner, Igor, several times to negotiate the contract. He was always professional and obviously determined to ensure client satisfaction. Both Peter and Igor took the time to listen to my needs and to explain the quality of the products to me. Because I live on a busy street, I wanted windows that would help reduce noise inside the house. They've certainly made a difference.

The windows were ready in record time and the installation process took two days. The team were all respectful of my family and covid protocols, worked non-stop throughout each day, and took care to clean each area carefully. I'm very satisfied with the work and with my windows, which arrived just in time for spring!

Had new glass entrance double door and two patio doors recently installed in our newly renovated house. Received an excellent service and quality for a very competitive and budget friendly price. The company owner, Igor, and the installer, Pavel, were very attentive to all our questions and requests before, during and after the installation. We had to move the installation date, and change the type of the door handle - the company was flexible to accommodate these requests. All doors were installed within one day which was great for us! Would definitely recommend and go with this company again if needed in the future.
