When a previous contractor dropped the ball, Rob came to our rescue. He understood the engineering ramifications of removing a load-bearing wall and put us at ease.
While our previous contractor effectively told us to "stay out of his lane", Rob consulted us and communicated with us every step of the way. And the communication extended to his team, whom he directed like an orchestral conductor on day one. It was a beautiful sight to see! No time or materials was to be wasted.
