I would not recommend Kid Gloves to anybody looking for moving services due to the utter lack of professionalism that I experienced when using their services. First of all, the movers showed up over an hour late and the later start was not reflected in the overall bill. Furthermore, the bill ended up being several hundred dollars more than initially quoted due to hidden costs that were not disclosed previously. Finally, despite numerous attempts to reason with Kelly, he has failed to return our deposit that we initially paid to secure the booking. Despite being reasonable and understanding with the time frame, it has been 3 months since the move and we have not received our money back. I would strongly advise against dealing with Kelly/using this moving service as he is completely unprofessional and has disregarded our requests to get our deposit back. I will never be using Kid Gloves again and will advise all friends and family to seek a more reliable company.
