No warranty- chipping and cracking concrete within a year

Matteo only has tail light warranty, he takes your money and is gone! Multiple people have complaints about the concrete chipping and cracking within a year and he will not provide any warranty or support to help fix it. He wont even call back, he just keeps hanging up. We dont want excuses, we want people to stand behind their product and service. So much for 40 years of experience absolutely terrible shame on you Matteo
