Driveway, walkway and back patio

The work, which consisted of removing the existing driveway and pouring a new driveway, sidewalk to the back of the house and a back patio, was performed less than a year ago.
The top surface of the driveway is flaking everywhere and the surface of the patio has badly degraded.
I have contacted the owner several times in the last 3 months , he initially kept saying the he would drop by he then blamed the concrete mixer to which I replied that I had hired him for the whole project and he sourced the concrete. Now he no longer answers my calls.
He sent me a text blaming the cold in Calgary and the road salt.
They will take your money but will not provide warranty.
Stay away!
