Justin and Krystle were very friendly and easy to work with. Quick AC install quote, quick email replies, a variety of options and install dates. Justin came and did the install quickly and efficiently. I compared other companies, Lendrix was the cheapest, friendliest and quickest to reply. They came highly recommended by friends too.
The outside unit is sitting on a slab, I do wish it was mounted up higher on a bracket. The hole where the lines go into the basement is sealed off with silicone, time will tell how well this will hold up. I suspect there may be some cold air coming into the basement during winter so I will add some insulation. I have not run the AC unit yet but I’m sure if there were any issues, Lendrix would take care of it.

Krystle and Justin at Lendrix were great to work with. One thing I look for when working with someone is communication, and communication is key! My e-mails, concerns, questions were all promptly addressed. I was undecided between the different A/Cs available, and Krystle provided helpful information that ultimately aided in our decision. Supporting local is great for the community, and I'm glad I went with them for my AC.

Krystle was prompt to send out quotes, and addressed all our questions in a timely manner. We never felt forced to decide right away. Justin, during the installation day, was the most efficient, and accommodating AC expert we had ever encountered. He was quick to be concise on what to watch out for once we operate the AC. Had a heater installed by another company that never worked properly from day one. Had them back twice to try and fix it but they couldn't figure it out and stopped answering my calls. I asked Justin to come take a look and he owned it like it was his problem. It wasn't an easy fix but he stuck with it and now everything is working great. Highly recommended them. It is rare that you find a company that can provide good quality, good service and a good price.

Justin is very professional with the installation of the air conditioner and he is very friendly. He knows what he is doing and do a good job. I already recommend a friend to him for the installation of 2 new air conditioner.

Lendrix is the best contractor I've ever hired. They installed our AC unit in August 2021 and the process was easy and simple. Installation took about 2-3 hours. They know what they're doing and they do it well. Some highlights:

1) Amazing responsiveness. Krystle and Justin responded to my emails usually within the same business day.
2) Easy quote and booking process. I was quoted and booked within the same day but their responsiveness depends on how fast you return the questionnaire.
3) Great follow-through - very organized and well-laid out emails and instructions from payment plans, welcome package, and updates. They also took care to follow up with outstanding items like the backordered AC cover.

Great service from start to finish. The entire process was a breeze - right from quotation to installation. The price was also very competitive for an excellent product.

During this summer's heatwave, we (along with everyone else, seemingly) opted to finally get air conditioning. We called around for some quotes from highly rated companies. Lendrix had the most reasonable pricing for the two units we needed (regardless of the trim level we chose) and was able to get to us more quickly than most others. When they had a cancellation, they moved us up even further on their schedule. The installation was quick and professional. The operating tutorial wa easy to grasp. My follow up questions about elements of the system were answered right away. And today they dropped off the winter covers for the units (which were backordered during the summer) without me having to chase them down or followup. A really good experience and can happily recommend to others.
