After receiving multiple quotes for central air we went with Lendrix as their pricing was unbeatable and customer service exceptional. We had to obtain approval from our condo board and Krystal sent all required documents before I even requested it. Our many questions were answered immediately. Justin was early for the appointment, he is very friendly and took the time to review the operation and care of the AC unit. Install was quick and clean. After researching and receiving multiple quotes from different companies, we decided to go with Lendrix Hvac. By far their customer service has been better than any other company we have dealt with. Always a quick response to all questions we had. Setting up the appointment was easy. On the day of the install,Justin was able to come earlier than the appointment. The AC and thermostat was setup in a nice tidy manner with no mess left behind. Justin walked us through how to use the system and answered all our questions. After a free estimate appointment I decided to hire Lendrix to install A/c unit for my townhouse. I need a few information to get the work approved and they where very helpful. The emails, phone calls or text were answered really quickly. Justin is very patient and answers all questions. He came on time and did the job very neatly. Overall I’m really happy with everything and I would definitely recommend their services.

Punctual, friendly, was fast and gave a lot of information on how to run the unit, what to expect, etc. Would recommend this business. We shopped around and liked being able to reach someone directly with questions and quotes rather than having to call a call centre. Sometimes (most of the times) small businesses can give you the service and attention you need. We will definitely use this company again for our future HVAC needs!

Justin was great to work with and easy to talk to. He came to look at our AC to see if he could repair it. It was beyond repair, he installed the new unit very quickly and did his best to schedule us as soon as possible. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
