Recently I found that our furnace fan seemed to be running all the time; regardless of either thermostat calling for heat or the “Summer Ventilation” switch on. Called LENDRIX up (due to reviews and proximity to house) - and the issue was troubleshooted and repaired within an hour.

Justin and Krystle were amazing. While I needed a regular furnace service in prep for the winter, I was also having a cycling issue with the furnace that should not have been happening with a 3 year old furnace. I had paid several other companies to come who all took my money and never fixed the problem - blaming it on the other guy. Justin came, knew right away what the issue was, and within an hour he had fixed it and committed to coming back when it is cold to make sure that it is perfect. The peace of mind, the professionalism, and the willingness to make sure it is right are exceptional with this team. I highly recommend them!!

We put our requests for furnace inspection/ repair in HomeStars as our furnace would run then shut down until I reset it and we knew one thing. Water and too much was coming into the furnace causing it to shut down but where? One company had me chasing rain water into the exhaust vent and collecting in the inducer motor. I had two other HVAC companies come in and Justin was immediately hired because of his knowledge and ability to diagnose the issue quickly while keeping costs down and $1600 less than others.Justin was always punctual ,accommodating and so knowledgeable.Thank you Justin we will see you in the spring for a central A/C system

Lendrix provided service with courtesy, tidy excellent workmanship and all the info we need to run our new system. Everything works perfectly and the crew worked efficiently and safely, with appropriate Covid precautions. Special thanks to Krystle at the office for managing the project in the most informative and friendly way possible. We stopped using our furnace this spring and when the time came to get the annual inspection we found out the board was gone, and blower motor likely toast too. We got quotes from a couple of places, and after having a horrible experience with the company we were club members with we called Lendrix based on a referral by a co-worker.

Within minutes of Justin arriving to have a look at the furnace I could tell he was by far the most knowledgeable, no nonsense HVAC tech I’d dealt with. He gave me some estimates on the spot that were significantly lower than what we’d already received. Based on the repair vs replace costs, we decided to go ahead and replace both our furnace and A/C.

We were told by another company it would be a 2 day job. When booking, Krystle told my wife it would just be a day, so we set an early weekend appointment. Justin and Ryan arrived right on time and set about getting the job done quickly and efficiently, all the while being friendly, and informative, while giving us the various set up options. They were so efficient that the supposed 2 day job was done in about 5 hours! Everything looks great and while we got it done just in time to need neither an A/C or furnace, we feel a lot better knowing we have a new more efficient furnace that isn’t going to die in January!

When Justin came by originally to give us a quote for replacing our dead furnace and soon to be dead A/C he was super friendly and down to earth, but very professional. We waited two full months to book the service and they honoured the original quote (the other, much larger company threatened that if we didn’t book ASAP, prices would go up significantly). The pricing was incredibly competitive (more than $3000 less than the large company) and Justin and Ryan had both units installed in less than 6 hours (where as the larger company told us they’d need 2 full days for the install). Krystle was super lovely to chat to when booking our services too! We couldn’t be happier!!!
