Window Installation - Fantastic
I had a number of estimates before I decided on Koral Windows to do my windows for me. I appreciated the breadth of info that Vlad had to give me, and he was very responsive to questions by phone or by E-Mail I had. Additionally, I found the price very good compared to the other estimates I had received.
When the work crew came, they were astoundingly efficient. A very respectful workman crew - not very talkative, but pleasant. They were clean and their work is beautiful.
As it turns out, three of the windows that were installed were constructed incorrectly from the manufacturer - this was discovered when Vlad (the owner) came for the final inspection. A new set was ordered from the manufacturer immediately and Vlad was communicative as to their arrival time. When they were ready, Vlad came and installed them himself, and it was a small job.
All-around, I have no disappointment but only praise for this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
