PJ from Friendly Tek came to troubleshoot my hot water tank. He discovered why it was broken and proved to me that this component was the fault.
PJ took the time to explain whether I should repair it or replace it with a new one. He had extensive evidence-based advice about whether I should go with a tankless or tank water heater.
