Our refrigerator went out of order. I contacted this company for repairs. To my surprise I received an immediate & prompt response from this company.Their technician Mr. Alan was very pleasant to talk. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.He explained to me all the scenarios before the start of the work. He finished the repairs in a very short period of time with reasonable costs. I am fully satisfied with company. In my opinion this company is second to none for all appliance repairs and refrigeration repair needs.

I called Toronto Refrigeration after my fridge broke down. They asked a series of questions over the phone to help me diagnose the unit a little further.

When they came to physically diagnose the unit, they were polite, extremely pleasant and they detailed out exactly what was wrong with the unit with clear communication. They didn't even collect a service fee! They told me it would get waived if we went ahead with the repair. This is unheard of! Wow.

After the diagnosis, I thought to myself that there's absolutely no way I can contact another company after the interaction I just had with these guys. Professional, kind, approachable and a very unique feeling of trusting them.

Allen came out to check out our GE fridge which was on the fritz! It required a new control board and his knowledge and expertise really showed as he knew what the issue was right away. With a quick test he confirmed the board and had our unit up and running a day later.
