One thing that is important to us is the cleanup...after they left I went over the driveway for nails and not one was found. This impressed me ...no one needs a roofing nail in their tires. We have a very large roof and knew the cost would be large to replace it after a big wind storm had blown off a large amount of shingles. We had several quotes from different contractors but Steve was the only one who provided proof of insurance, partnerships with local material providers, had all the proper licenses, tax identification number, liability coverage, he went over the contract and the warranty thoroughly with us. Steve and his team were very professional and we are pleased with our new roof.
