Poor communication and questionable ethics

Poor communication and really questionable ethics when discussing details of job. Was encouraged to bypass permits which was a red flag for me. After further conversation even more red flags came up, moved on to someone else.

Rob Piche is great to work with and pays attention to details. Communicates and explains everything effectively and answered all my questions and texts in a timely manner.
I would highly recommend this company for any home projects.
I am planning on having my basement done in future and hope to have Done Right Home Improvements complete that project as well.
