New Fridge Warranty Repair

Wayne arrived early to complete warranty repairs on our new fridge which was vibrating badly every time it ran. Wayne identified two issues quickly and rectified both. He was very professional. Very happy with the work that was completed.

oven burner not lighting properly

I called the Elite service department for trouble lighting the oven consistantly within the next day a authourized service technician
came to do diagnostics for our gas oven.
The technician even consulted with the manufacturer to rectify the problem
The problem was solved quickly now it is back to baking !

Samsung Clothes Dryer Repair

Elite appliance repaired our clothes dryer on November 21, 2022. The technician arrived on time, fixed the dryer quickly. He also cleaned out the lint that had built up inside, and tested for proper airflow. I feel like I have a brand new efficient dryer
The technician, Larry, was very pleasant and respectful of us and our home. This experience went beyond my expectations.

LG Dishwasher Repair

Elite did a great job fixing my LG dishwasher in a timely manner. The unit needed replacement parts which delayed the repair by a couple of days but they managed to procure and install the faulty part quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again if my appliances need work again. WO# 486173
