This is the second time I've worked with MTEC and I'm very happy with the service they provided.

First time they renovated my basement. This time they removed a wall and redid my laundry room.

Gianmarco and his team were very professional and showed up everyday to the job which with most contractors, isn't always the case. Eric, who runs the job site went above and beyond to make sure it was done exactly how we wanted it. We let him know early that the details mattered to us and he worked with us everyday to ensure that we were informed with what was happening and that we were happy with the work.

One specific thing I wanted to mention besides the laundry room is something they did for my gym. My squat rack was just a little too tall for my basement so Gianmarco and Eric were able to add a drywall box to the ceiling. Again, Eric worked with me so that everything fit perfectly and it turned out better than I could have expected.

I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and I will definitely be working with MTEC again in the future.

Work for us included: knocking down a wall, extending basement, levelling floor, re-do plumbing, installing bi-fold doors, tiling backsplash, adding gym flooring, drywall box in the ceiling.

We upgraded to pot lights in our basement and replaced our carbon monoxide / smoke alarms. We were pleased with their work. Odesh was very helpful and professional.

MTEC were greatand especially Tommy, who had to deal with a bunch of curve balls when some on-site materials were accidentally trashed (by someone elsedont worry).

We recently had the opportunity to finish the basement in our new build and chose MTEC for the electrical wiring. Working with this company, particularly Odie and Nahone, was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Their attention to detail was truly immaculate, showcasing a level of professionalism that exceeded our expectations. Not only did they arrive promptly and work efficiently, but they also maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project.

We decided to finish our basement as an apartment and decide to go with MTEC after viewing photos of their work, reading reviews and getting an estimate. Gianmarco was great from the beginning, making suggestions, welcoming feedback, and communicating throughout the process. Being an old home, the job encountered some complexities. Eric and Eugene were great about responding to issues that arose and doing work that reflected high levels of craftsmanship. The apartment looks great.

MTEC solved our Electrical issue last minute! Had a sudden electrical problem with our bathrooms, called MTEC and they were at our house the same day. This was a pleasant and helpful surprise, especially right before the Holidays. James was a true professional and was able to solve the problem in minutes. Thanks again MTEC!

I had the pleasure having MTEC Corp do electrical work in my basement. They came first to describe exactly where outlets, switches, and lights would be positioned. Afterwards, another day to do the electrical rough-in. And finally, they came to wire up the switches and outlets, while installing light fixtures. Everything was seem-less and exactly to spec.

I had a number of questions on the final visit. Odie and Eugene were there to answer every one of them, and even worked with me on the positioning of the final 4-way switch. They even described to me options I could pursue if later I changed my mind.

I was thoroughly impressed with the work, but even more-so with the care provided in walking me through the final product. Everything is holding up great and the basement couldn't be brighter.

Unilock Products used: Northshore pavers Fossil - Universal coping Fossil - SiennaStone steps Granite Gray. The whole experience of planning, preparation and finished project was 100% professional with Mtec.

Project: Demo of existing walkway/courtyard and removal of materials. Prep for new paver install. New steps to house entry. New electrical from garage to existing post lamp with additional outdoor outlet to lamp post. New interior switch with timer to courtyard lamp post. Separate garage switch added with timer to control new electrical box on lamp post. River rock, sodding and mulching.

Gianmarco listened to my wants and prepared a proposal and 3D drawings of the finished project for approval. Once contract was signed the demo of the existing courtyard commenced. The entire project from start to finish was 5 working days.

We hired MTEC to install a stone patio in our backyard. This was the second time we hired them as they built us a beautiful basement last year. I would describe MTEC as professional, respectful and reliable contractors. You could pay less for your project but you won't get the high level quality. As we weren't totally sure what we wanted for the patio, they were able to make suggestions based on work they had done in the past and the finished product looks awesome; our neighbours are envious! The team of Eugene and Connor were wonderful and a special shout out to Odesh from the electrical team, he was really great in hooking up the hot tub. The owner Gianmarco was great to work with. We had a few delays due to material availability but overall, we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Don't hesitate to hire this company, the strong reviews are real!
