Reg replied to our request for service promptly and came by our house for a consult on the long weekend. He replaced our worn out overhead motor and encouraged us to stay and observe. He explained the different steps during installation, answered our questions, and provided safety, operations, and maintenance tips. He ensured the site was cleaned up and took all old parts and packaging away with him.Very polite, conscientious, and safety-minded. Would definitely recommend!
