The spring on our garage door broke one afternoon and we were fortunate that Aladdin doors were able to repair it the next morning. They were prompt, upfront and accurate with repair time and cost, very friendly and informative about the repair. They also proceeded to do an inspection on all the other parts of the garage door looking for safety issues or wear and tear that could lead to other problems. They were great to deal with and I'm happy we chose them to call, I would have them back to repair or install our garage door anytime!

Reg of Aladin Garage Door has done a good job, during the inspection he explained the main safety issue with the cable that needs replacement which I totally agree due to un-threading and may snap anytime, this is totally different from the main issue which is the 20 yr old noisy motor opener. In short came back next day and and did the job replace the rollers, weather strip and the opener, He also done a safety walk after, clean the place, polite, will recommend.

Our old garage door operator broke on Friday and Reg came over later that day to give us an estimate. On Monday he installed a new overhead door and operator and disposed of the old door. Prompt and courteous service!

Reg takes pride in his work. With over 14 years of experience he was able to see that my broken spring was not correctly installed for my door make and model. He took the time to call the manufacturer to verify the model and was correct in his observations. He ordered the correct spring and did what he could on the day and reorganized his jobs the next day to accommodate my work schedule. He went above and beyond my expectations. Reg was very quick on getting back to us after we submitted the request. He was very informative and fixed the issue and even went out of his way to provide some maintenance tips etc. Definitely recommend and price is very competitive.
