Absolutely great installation and timely service, especially dealing with older garage. What distinguishes Reg's service is the full orientation to the product, e.g. maintenance, operation, emergency functions, etc. ..not just "Here's your opener. Bye" High recommend.

Great garage door replacement

Great service and product. I have nothing negative to say about this company. Best pricing, response time, customer service and installation timing out of 10 companies I checked. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable installer. Reg was awesome! Took time at the end of the installation to demonstrate operation, discuss safety features, talk about routine maintenance and to even do a safety walk around of the job. Would highly recommend; I couldn’t ask for more!

Garage door torsion spring replacement

Looked on Home Stars, found Aladdin Garage Doors. Called for a quote based on the reviews. Reg quoted the job and stuck to the quote. Came out same day of call, was expecting an appointment at least a couple days out. Personable and professional. Will call again for all future garage door issues.

Garage door spring & motor replacement

Mr. Reg was truly professional. The moment I called him to talk about my issue, he knew what needs to be done. He also advised- what to do and not to do till it's fixed. He replaced both the spring and motor very quickly and gave a detailed orientation.
I would highly recommend Reg for any garage door related services.

Garage door supply and install

My garage door broke during xmas. I emailed Reg from Aladdin garage doors and received a reply right away. He came over on Boxing day and gave me an estimate which I found to be very fair. He offered to temporarily fix the cable (free of charge) so I could drive out of my garage. A couple of days later my door was installed. He came exactly at the time he had promised and did an excellent job. Very polite and professional. Thanks Reg.

New Garage Door and Motor

I had originally thought I needed just a new garage door but I also ended up requiring a new motor. From the onset, Reg was always very punctual. All of his work was completed with precision and he took pride in what he accomplished. Reg handled unforeseen problems with confidence and persisted until they were solved and the installation met his high standards.
