I ordered a pool, wrong pool arrived, I was told end of July or August was new install date (originally second week of June) asked for an upgrade for the wait and then asked to get information in writing, I was tossed out because I asked to have it updated within 3 days and this was unreasonable as I am the most needy person.
Retail Manager then called another customer with whom I know and advised them of the incident without my knowledge.
upon leaving I was upset as no one could tell me who the owner was to lodge a complaint about the manager (full disclosure I was upset and did curse out loud as I left, but not at anyone, just in general)
I was contacted later that day and told my order was cancelled as they employ Children and I was using profanity.
I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one actually.
