Our experience with Branders for our pool opening was extremely disappointing. They simply lifted the cover without treating the water or checking chlorine levels and settings. They didn't even notice our filter was missing, which we had removed as instructed for winter maintenance. When we complained about our dirty pool, they returned but only recommended buying $40 of chlorine separately, which didn't help. After two weeks of ineffective treatment and additional expenses, they finally discovered the filter was missing during an inspection they reluctantly performed after an extra 2 weeks of pressing the owner, Raj. Despite paying $500 for a full pool opening, they blamed us for not following UNSPECIFIED instructions. This lack of basic service and accountability as well as extremely poor customer service led us to spend over $200 extra on futile treatments and my kids waiting for almost a month and a half after the pool opened just to swim.
We are now looking for a new pool service and do not recommend Branders.
If an option for 0 stars was available we would not hesitate.
