Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We value your opinion and will use your experience as an opportunity for improvement. I would like to respond to the statements you made in your review and hopefully clear up any misconceptions. You mentioned that we quoted $2500-$6000 for emergency services. This is not possible as we are not able to quote on emergency services upfront. It is impossible to see the extent of damage and the work required until we complete the work. This was explained to you before you signed our contract. Your flooring and baseboards were removed as part of the mitigation as they were effected by sewage water. The nine-page report you are referring to is an estimate created in our program which uses insurance based pricing to build estimates and create invoices. We use this program for all of our customers.
During our initial phone call I asked you if you were opening a claim with your insurance company. You told me you did not want to because you were a new business and did not want to start your relationship with your insurance company with a claim. That was your choice and we respected that, but our pricing does not change because of that choice.
Hopefully this information will help you understand our processes more clearly.
