We had a one of a kind requirement for the glass shower door as it also involved a section of permanent glass on a pony wall. The measurements taken by Vlad were spot on. The installers were very service oriented and stated that they enjoyed the challenge of the installation. We have received numerous complements on the final result. A great experience!

We hired Glass Ninja to help find a glass door solution for our small Toronto shower. From they beginning they were very professional and we were very satisfied with the process and the end product. A custom door may not necessarily be easy as through out the process there is some problem solving that has to be done but we were really pleased with Vlad and especially the great installation work done by Ulyses. The professionalism and genuineness were appreciated. They were super willing to make the necessary tweaks and adjustments to make sure we were happy with the end result and I think the end product really is a nice touch in our home.

Ninja Glass was awesome to work with from the quote to the final install. We've been looking for a company that we can collaborate with on traditional Finnish sauna builds where custom glass elements (i.e. doors, walls, partitions, windows) are required.

Once we posted a feeler in one of the Facebook renovation groups/communities, Glass Ninja were one of the first companies/individuals to respond.
Measurements and specifications were submitted and after some back and forth correspondence all details were ironed out and quotation issued.

Job was done promptly and impeccably without any deviation from initial agreement.

So far we completed one joint project and there are few more currently in the works but I can safely say that this is going to be a long standing and mutually beneficial partnership.

09/21/2018: Fantastic quick service and glass was exactly as expected !! Thank You Glass Ninja ! Our customer frosted window measured 57"x46" and we needed it frosted. Perfecto !! I would recommend this vendor for any residential job for sure. (one visit to measure and one visit to return to install).

I am really happy with the high quality work and customer service I received from Glass Ninja, from start to finish. The whole process was prompt and professional - from responding to my inquiry, doing a site visit to take measurements, sending helpful photos of the different hardware options/placements and glass types, providing accurate drawings for approval, to installation. I was under a tight timeline and they worked hard to meet it.

Most importantly, the new sliding glass door on my shower and the black matte track and hardware look amazing.

Glass ninja did a wonderful job, correcting an install mistake that the previous builder made. The crew that did the work was very professional and cleaned up very well.
