I am very happy with the quality of work and customer service I received from the Sewer Squad. Giulian was my point person with the company and he took the time to explain to me using camera video where my problems were and he made his recommendations on how to resolve them. It turned out to be a bigger job than initially expected but I am confident that the work that was done needed to be done. Communication with the company was excellent ,the work team arrived on time, they were efficient, courteous, respectful and did a great job cleaning up . What impressed me the most was the companies willingness to deal with an out of contract issue that I needed to be resolved after the job had been completed. My request was referred to the owner of the company, Travis and he did homage to the company's 100% customer guarantee. All in a all a great experience.

I needed a Plumber urgently due to a clogged toilet. Nothing we tried ourselves worked. I called Sewer Squad and as soon as they picked up the phone I new I didn’t have to call around. From getting my quote to scheduling my urgent call I was already put at ease. Then came Nick F. to the rescue. Nick came in with his booties and mask and was ready to tackle the toilet. He was super friendly, beyond efficient and left my bathroom in a clean state! Highly recommend!
