General Contractors review in
We contracted with Dave Ingham from Top-Notch Home Maintenance Ltd to build a deck. We had a signed contract by email and text. We met with him to take measurements. He asked for 50% deposit, we gave it by electronic interac transfer. He never showed up for the work in Halton Hills. I understand he also does work in Oakville, Georgetown, Acton, Brampton, Kitchener, and possibly Brantford, Ontario. He should not be allowed to own a business. He took our money and never performed the work. I am sure he has done this before.
