Newly built house

Builders review in Edmonton

Occupancy permit not ready on the possession date (breached the purchase contract).
Garage on a separated building permit. Did not pass city inspection.
Made false declaration that it is completed.
Final lot grading did not pass City requirement. Again falsely declared that they has completed.
Negligence on all warranty repair and ignored Alberta New Home Warranty mediation request.
