eavestrough repair, replacement and installing leaf guard
Chris left work undone 1 1/2 yrs. ago. Side downspout keeps detaching, from wall and downspout is not connected. Water is flooding from my roof porch and rain deflector in the back was removed and not replaced. I don' t know the quality of the leaf filter installation or the new eavestroughs. I sent Chris videos of these problems 1 1/2 years ago, wasting a lot of time trying to reach him. He promised to fix outstanding problems but does not answer texts or e-mails, nor does he keep appointments. Very unprofessional work with no accountability or professional standards giving tradesmen a bad name. I paid him the day he did the work . Hard to know who to trust. I am a retired senior on pension and now have to pay someone new to finish the work that Chris was supposed to complete.
