Steele Pools was recommended to us by a coworker who had worked with them to install their beautiful pool. We received several quotes from which Steele Pools was competitively priced (not high or low). However, what clearly set them apart was exceptional customer service from start to finish. Laura and Aaron were patient and partnered enthusiastically to design a pool that could meet all our needs and fit within the often tight spaces of Toronto homes. At every step, they were punctual, professional and very responsive. They provided accurate timelines, stayed on top of them and also helped us ensure auxiliary items (not in their scope) were taken care of in a timely manner (eg locates, permits etc). Aaron and his crew are incredibly hard working and take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. Laura is exceptional at coordination and ensuring clients are brought along the journey. Post installation as well, they've both been very resourceful to answer any questions we have. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool with a firm that operates as partners .. and not contractors!
