Don't get trapped this is money making company!!
Can you believe that I was charged 3 times for one account (Service) from this useless company!!
Yes we started with them with the basic filtration in our home with an agreement of upgradation to our new home what we bought in another location after 3 months.
Setting up a new account was easy for them but despite returning of the equipment from the old home which was done by Home water team, I was continuously charged from Enbridge, and 2 payments from my TD until after 18 months when I noticed and blocked the payments.
I had to call Home water with no luck to fix this issue and return payments!! Only resolution was given to pay for the more money or else cancellation of the account was more than 900 dollars. I felt helpless and ripped off. Please don’t do business with this company ever.I am planning to go to consumer court for justice.
