Improper installation for a new build...I told him about 2 wobbly toilets; his employees fixed them eventually and then he billed me again...lol. His work is not good, they scratched my floor tiles in 1 bathroom. With one of the toilets, instead of using a flange extension they stacked two wax seals on top of each other, crooked (his guys told me they didn't have experience installing a one-piece toilet...very amateur). Please avoid Poly-B Plumbing and save yourself from getting ripped off.
