Lt Integrity Improvements

We recently used LTIntegrity for the installation of a backyard patio, base for our shed and two flower garden beds in the front lawn. We were fortunate to have found the company through happenstance as a neighbour was having similar work completed.

We were amazed how quickly we heard from Leng who came to the house to provide us with an estimate. Leng listened astutely to what we described we wanted for the projects. He had great ideas and suggestions, some of which we never would have thought of. Leng is a very busy man but he always made time to quickly respond to our queries.

The quoted project price was quite reasonable, as we had completed our due diligence, and received other quotes for the project.

The work commenced a few weeks later with a crew of up to 8 men working on the project at one time. I can’t speak highly enough about these men or how hard they worked. There was a distinct camaraderie with the team supporting one another through the various phases of the project. They were also extremely polite, good natured, and they appeared to enjoy what they were doing, even as the temperatures rose to almost 30 degrees on some days. The rotating crew also worked 7 days a week including on a stat holiday.

Not only was Leng frequently at our house supervising the project he would quite often pitch in and work alongside his crew. Dwayne, Leng’s 2IC, was also diligent, and frequently worked on the project, too.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the end product. We received exactly what we had envisioned, with Leng’s suggestions incorporated, utilizing quality products and workmanship.

They did the interlock on our driveway and pathway . We also had them do a patio in the backyard. They were extremely professional and worked very hard. Also very friendly to talk to. We loved how the patio turned out and their attention to details. They even put soil down in the front yard and backyard after they were finished. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work.

I have used LT Integrity for 4 years to do all exterior renovations to my home. This has included: releveling and redoing the interlock for the front entrance and walkway, a large rear patio, the triple garage entrance, and the sidewalk on the side of the house; and, re landscaping the plants, shrubs and surrounding at the entrance of the house and on both sides of the house. The latest addition was a second patio and entrance in the rear of the house. The work was promptly started and quickly completed. All the work was done in a very professional manner and my wife and I are very satisfied with the high quality work.

What a great experience! LT Integrity beat all of their competition by hundreds of miles! We called them on a Saturday morning, they came out that same afternoon to inspect the premises and by that same evening, we had received their estimate by email! The first morning Leng, his sons (Korey, Curtis and Kyle) and the rest of the crew arrived as planned and started unloading the material passing it from one person to the other, you can tell they have a great team spirit. The whole day they were friendly and cheerful while working hard. It was very pleasant to have them doing my project.

Although the complicated pathway leading to my backyard was a true headache, Leng and Corey found a solution and customized the steps, the result is amazing. I myself am pretty handy and I like to have thing;0 s done perfectly, my high standards weren’t only met with Leng and his crew though, they were surpassed! I am very impressed with their work and professionalism.

Now, all of my neighbors that pass by are in awe with the work this company has done. I will be recommending their services to all my neighbors and friends.
