We recently bought our first home and are in the slow process of making it fit our family's needs. Contacted Matthew after chatting with friends about their major home reno and hearing how easy he was to work with.
We hired M3C to strip all the finishes and take the roof off and everything went off without a hitch. I especially appreciated the realistic time lines and Matthew's clear and timely communication. When calling around for estimates lots of the end dates sounded too good to be true and I was much happier hearing about a slightly later end actually ending a few days earlier than expected. He is also quick to respond to calls and was great about sending updates as needed. This reno was a big deal for us and he appreciated it that- keeping us in the loop and made us feel confident about the progress the project was making. Honestly, a positive experience that started the path to our dream home on a great foot. Very likely to recommend to anyone looking for demolition contacts.
